Our Mission

To provide completely free education and preparation for college students trying to break into banking. We aim to remove barriers by offering resources, mentorship, and structured guidance that are often costly or inaccessible. By creating a supportive community, we help students develop the technical and professional skills needed to succeed in competitive recruiting processes. Ultimately, we want to level the playing field so that every motivated student, regardless of background, has the opportunity to pursue a career in banking.

Who we are

We are a student-led organization dedicated to helping college students and/or aspiring high school students prepare for careers in investment banking. Our team consists of students who are undergoing the recruiting process themselves and understand the challenges, competition, and lack of accessible guidance that many face. By sharing our knowledge and experiences, we aim to make the path to entering banking more transparent and accessible. We believe that with the right support system, any student with drive and determination can succeed.
